PeopleWeek offers expertise across a broad range of human resources disciplines. We have internal expertise in many domains and have access to an external network of HR specialists that has been developed over several years internationally.
PeopleWeek is not a consulting company. Our purpose is not to review our clients’ existing practices and to give advice (and then disappear like many traditional consulting firms). Rather, we partner with clients that not only need to implement an HRIS but also need expert assistance updating, re-thinking, or transforming their Human Resources function. This assistance may or may not be related to HR technology. After all, not all solutions require new technology.

There are a variety of reasons why an organisation might benefit from using PeopleWeek’s expertise:
- Lack of internal expertise: PeopleWeek’s clients are mid-sized organisations that may not have the scale to be able to hire top HR experts in all fields, e.g. an expert in designing long-term incentive plans, building complex human resource financial reporting models, or ensuring international payroll tax compliance. After all, the skillset required to successfully implement changes or transformations may not always match that needed for day-to-day operations.
- Lack of bandwidth: HR Directors and their teams are often already working at full capacity and may not have much bandwidth to implement a new HRIS or otherwise improve or transform their HR function despite wanting to do so. This may be a practical barrier to moving ahead with a digitalisation project.

Pricing
Pricing is tailored to the assignment and depends on the expertise needed and the time commitment. Some services can be offered at no additional cost as part of an implementation of PeopleWeek or entering into a commercial agreement with one of PeopleWeek’s partners, e.g. the setting up of an international payroll solution.
