Zweitens wollten wir eine L\u00f6sung entwickeln, die die Vorteile von <strong>einer ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Software und einer Standardl\u00f6sung<\/strong> vereint. Dies haben wir durch die Entwicklung einer <strong>innovativen Systemarchitektur<\/strong> erreicht. Drittens wollten wir ein <strong>One-Stop-Shop f\u00fcr alle HR- und Kollaborationsprozesse<\/strong> sein, um unseren Kunden eine vollst\u00e4ndige, aber dennoch benutzerfreundliche und erschwingliche L\u00f6sung anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen. Dies haben wir erreicht, indem wir <strong>eine umfangreiche Suite von \u00e0 la carte-Modulenentwickelt haben<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>PeopleWeek verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 25 Module, und die Plattform wird von einem Team entwickelt, das sich aus Fachleuten f\u00fcr Personalwesen und Softwareentwicklung zusammensetzt. Wir arbeiten auch sehr eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um neue Funktionen zu entwickeln.
